Privileged Access Management Technical Support Lead (VP)

We are seeking a Vice President, Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead the strategic direction, governance, and enterprise-wide delivery of PAM capabilities across the Group. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operations, stability, and service delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms across the Group. This includes accountability for platform availability, operational resilience, incident management, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Risk teams to ensure PAM services are secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational standards.
