The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert financial and business advice to AFCEC, Air Staff and other DoD agencies related to present and future efforts to Privatized Military Family Housing. Responsibilities Acts as a team member of financial, business, and legal specialists for programs designed to privatize military family housing; negotiates business and financial arrangements with senior management of offers and developers. Engages in negotiations on business and financial arrangements with bankers, brokers, and financiers in the best interest of the Air Force and DoD; prepares instructions for offerors on pro forma financial projections.
