Teams are the organizational areas responsible for the delivery of client visa application and corporate compliance work in Fragomen. This team approach is designed to maximize efficiencies, ensure ownership of work and to empower team members to design work practices to meet the expectations of their clients.

Managers at Fragomen are responsible for the day-to-day management of client relationships. Managers are also responsible for ensuring work is completed within service standards and to professional standards expected of the firm. Managers hold responsibility for the supervision of staff working in the -UAE Inbound practice and are directly responsible for the oversight of core team functions.
