Private Chef (CEO & Family)

Requirements: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Diploma or Certificate in professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a private chef, executive chef, sous chef or fine dining chef. Experience preparing a wide variety of local and international cuisines. Must have experience preparing and handling strictly Halaal food in accordance with Halaal dietary requirements and food preparation standards. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Valid RSA driver's license. Willingness to travel with the CEO and family. Duties and responsibilities: Plan, prepare and present strictly Halaa, nutritious, high-quality meals for the CEO and family.
