About the Role

At ING we are looking for Private Banker Specialists to join our Affluents Team of Retail Affluent Tribes. These positions will be based in our Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia branches.

Responsibilities

• Contribute positively to delivering excellent service to clients, supporting them in reaching their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions that optimize the use of their savings.
• Co‑create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment, fostering collaboration across all ING Spain T2D teams to ensure alignment, scalability and impact.
• Act as the first line of defense for the bank, acting with integrity and prioritizing the client’s best interest while strictly adhering to ING’s policies, regulatory standards and ethical expectations.
