Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager

The Business Development Executive will join our Personal Banking Mortgages Team in Petaling Jaya Office. The role involves driving mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, actively prospecting potential customers, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the mortgage application process.

Business

• Source for prospective clients (Personal, Priority and Business Banking) for mortgage loans through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
• Understand client needs for mortgage financing, structure proposed solution and close the sale further to credit approval.
• Understand and uncover client’s other financial needs and refer relevant retail and wealth products.
