Priority care coordinator – microsoft platforms integration (mpi)

The Priority Care Coordinator is a critical role supporting the Microsoft Platforms Integration (MPI) program, the enterprise-wide initiative to migrate employees to a unified Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role is responsible for stabilization and post-migration user experience , ensuring timely resolution of issues, effective escalation management, and clear communication with stakeholders during the immediate post-migration period.

The coordinator acts as the central point of orchestration across Service Desk, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition experience and minimize business disruption.
