We are looking for individuals to support a team of Priority Banking Relationship Managers in attending PB customers at the Priority Banking Center and managing client service satisfaction-related aspects.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customers issues of the PBC, from enquiries to complaints and follow problems through to resolution.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Engage customers and build sustainable relationships and trust with them.
- Ensure walk‑in PB customers are attended in a timely and accurate manner.
- Share information on campaigns or current promotions with customers and cross‑sell products such as credit cards and SMF.
