Print production estimator

A company based in Springfield Park (Durban) in the Printing Sector is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily production, factory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and experience managing teams in a manufacturing or printing environment. This position reports directly to the Directors and requires a proactive, organized, and performance‑driven individual.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.

Coordinate workflow between departments including production, finishing, dispatch, and sales. Monitor and manage staff productivity, attendance, and performance.
