Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Nuclear Consultant, to lead the design and delivery of enterprise asset management (EAM), Maximo implementations within nuclear and utility environments. This is a senior, client-facing, techno-functional role focused primarily on project delivery, where you will own end-to-end solution design, lead stakeholder workshops, and ensure alignment across IBM Maximo and integrated systems. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while guiding them through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), requiring strong communication and presentation skills alongside deep technical expertise.
