- Lead the development of high‑quality, evidence‑based policy and design advice
- Apply strategy, policy and design thinking to complex environmental and regulatory challenges
- Work across the organisation to connect regulatory settings, operating models, delivery priorities and outcomes
- Partner with iwi, government and other stakeholders to shape practical and durable approaches
- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and identify where regulatory systems need adjustment
