Principal‑Level UX Designer – AI Transformation

We are looking for a Principal‑Level UX Designer to partner with the VP of Research, Analytics and Design to architect an AI‑driven transformation across a multidisciplinary enterprise. This role focuses on both internal tool enablement and external product design execution, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, beautiful, and intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal transformation by building a modern, AI‑savvy design team and operating structure.
• Translate team pain points into scalable, modern operating models, mitigating friction and promoting efficiency.
