About the Role
Support the development of AIA Singapore’s strategic plan, regular monitoring of key strategic KPIs and cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive ambitious long-term growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide support for the strategic planning process by collaborating with division HODs (Head of Departments) to define their strategic priorities, focus areas & plans, ensure quality and timeliness of their submissions, including preparation of materials to facilitate reviews by EXCO and enable clear communication of the Strategic Plan.Independently lead identified key strategic initiatives by working with cross-divisional and workstream taskforce to evaluate, prioritise and drive key actions, develop change management plans, establish a governance structure with monitoring and evaluation cadences to ensure we achieve the ta...
