**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software, hardware, or infrastructure engineering, with a focus on technical innovation and engineering leadership.
- Experience in building AI products.
- Experience leading and directing strategic initiatives without authority.
- Experience coaching executive technical leaders and senior practitioners on cloud and AI adoption, leverage, benefits, and pitfalls.
- Experience transitioning first-of products to scaled products and platforms, impacting the product and business strategy of an organization.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master’s degree or PhD in an AI related field.
- Experience as a recognized expert in the field of AI, with examples of products, platforms, or experiences built with AI at their core.
- Experience as an entrepreneur or in a startup within a larger organization.
