Salary: £55,640 - £59,035 per annum plus a marketforces supplement of £7,000

We are a friendly and supportive legal team providing a high-quality service to Worcestershire County Council. We need to recruit to a team leader role in our Commercial Law Team.

This role supports the contentious work of the wider team’s functions but it is not pure litigation. An important element of the role is dealing with disputes arising from the Council’s highways and planning functions. The role would also cover work relating to gypsies and travellers, and litigation, such as property and contractual disputes, so would develop strong experience of contentious local government work.
