Principal Semiconductor Process & Integration Engineer

SSMC in Singapore is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Integration and Technology Development, HV Development team to drive development, transfer and qualification of new semiconductor processes for production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run DOE studies, resolve integration issues, and ensure production-ready runsheets while advancing CMOS/HV/BiCMOS device technologies across projects.
