Key Accountabilities:
Review fleet outstanding risk reduction suggestions associated with equipment inspection, testing and maintenance enhancements in coordination with program leads (Boiler & Machinery, Electrical Safe Work Practices, Fire Protection, Combustible Dust, Highly Hazard Chemicals etc.)Develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for key assets in coordination with systems subject matter experts.Improve and develop Preventive Maintenance requirements with the use of FMEAs and incorporating learnings from industry events and trends.Lead the integration of Essential PM database into Maximo application.Maintain Essential Preventive Maintenance ranking process.Administer and develop Reliability Key Performance IndicatorsFacilitate adherence to the WPC program and process across the fleet.Lead/perform Root Cause Analyses.Liaise between application...
