Principal Project Manager – Device Development & Combination Products

About the Role

For a global project management function in Basel, we are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead complex projects across different development stages. The role covers development pipeline projects, lifecycle and line extension activities, post-approval initiatives, technology projects and continuous improvement topics.

The position requires a senior project manager who can work independently, manage priorities with limited direction and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment. The role also involves collaboration across global time zones and occasional travel to external partners.
