**HRSD Platform Team | HR Service Delivery**
UKG is seeking a results-driven Principal Product Manager to define and drive strategy for HRSD platform capabilities, with a focus on authentication, tenancy, and cross-product integration. This team is responsible for the foundational services that power every HR Service Delivery experience—working across mobile, and broader UKG products to establish scalable, consistent platform patterns. This role is accountable for leading platform strategy and driving alignment across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
**About the Role:**
This is a deeply technical PM role, but technical chops alone aren’t enough. You’ll need to translate complex capabilities into compelling customer experiences that drive adoption and demonstrate value in-app.
