Responsibilities
- Lead product design across multiple high-impact initiatives from concept to production
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, user flows, and technical constraints
- Design for edge cases, error flows, and data integrity
- Evolve and scale Figure’s design system
- Mentor senior and mid-level designers
- Represent design at the executive level to communicate rationale and insights
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX or interaction design)
- Proven track record of driving complex design projects from strategy through execution
