This team is known for its technical excellence and strategic approach to land promotion.
The Role
You will manage complex projects from inception through to determination and appeal.
Your role will include:
- Leading large-scale residential applications
- Advising on roadside and service station developments
- Preparing appeal statements and proofs of evidence
- Coordinating multi‑disciplinary consultant teams
- Promoting strategic sites through Local Plans
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and play a central role in delivery.
