The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international think‑tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the identification of learning and training needs across the Institute
- Lead the curation and creation of learning and training opportunities for volunteers
- Design and deliver training initiatives to address identified needs within the skills and competencies framework
- Administer evaluations to assess the effectiveness of learning sessions, courses, and resources
- Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions
- Coordinate BCI learning and training sessions
- Support general resource management duties
