Principal – International School

AVE Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and student-focused Principal to lead our growing international school in beautiful Nha Trang, Vietnam.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about education, enjoys working closely with teachers and families, and is excited to help build a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operation of the school.

Support, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.

Help recruit and onboard new teachers.

Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

Work closely with parents and build strong relationships within the school community.

Assist with curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.

Promote student wellbeing, safety, and academic success.

Work collaboratively with the school owner and leadership team.
