The Principal, HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic HR partner for the EMEA region within Converse's sharpened operating model. The role partners with regional leaders to activate people and talent strategies that support business priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance the teammate experience.
As a trusted advisor, the HRBP brings regional insights to business and HR leaders, coaches leaders through change, and helps drive talent, culture, and organizational outcomes. Working closely with Global Business HR, GEO HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and People Solutions, this role ensures people strategies are aligned, locally relevant, and executed with excellence.
