• Architect highly scalable cloud systems on GCP, optimising for peak performance and reliability.
• Lead technology selection and system architecture decisions across the organisation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in large‑scale environments.
• Implement and improve operational procedures and infrastructure engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster an egoless culture where everyone is expected to understand all aspects of production systems.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and enforce strict security policies across the platform.
