Principal Engineer

As a technical leader within the product and/or delivery team, your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership with minimal supervision, taking ownership of outcomes independently.
• Maintain hands‑on technical involvement while mentoring team members and coordinating cross‑functional efforts.
• Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring team members adhere to established guidelines and coding standards.
• Develop product migration strategies to transition existing technologies to newly selected platforms, ensuring backward compatibility with existing implementations.
• Propose alternative technical approaches to address diverse project scenarios.
• Combine deep technical expertise with clear, accessible communication to make a strong impression on customers and prospects.
• Champion the product's technology and vision to drive adoption among project team members and prospects.
