Principal Engineer-Product/Test

We are looking for a NPI Test Development Product Engineer to join our team in Penang as part of the worldwide Communications Business Unit (CBU). The role focuses on developing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test programs and performing characterization to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality and yields.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality and cost‑effective test programs using ATE at both package and wafer level.
• Collaborate with design teams to perform ATPG vector generation and design test hardware such as probe cards, DUT boards, and burn‑in boards.
• Implement universal test methods applicable across products and conduct characterization across split lots using ATE.
• Work with product reliability engineers to define reliability test requirements for product and package qualification.
• Perform statistical analysis of test data to demonstrate correlation between lab, ATE, and datasheet.
