Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operations & Production Support: Support the Production Manager in daily operational activities by providing technical assistance to production and maintenance teams. Participate in daily production review meetings and close action items. Facilitate weekly problem-solving meetings for operational risks and performance issues.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Ensure planning and execution of preventive and routine maintenance. Coordinate with Maintenance Engineer on process-related maintenance jobs and promote proactive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects: Identify and implement plant and process improvement opportunities. Support CI initiatives and assigned projects with safe execution.
• Quality, IMS & Compliance: Ensure completion of NCIRs and corrective/preventive actions. Arrange IMS training and ensure compliance and employee involvement.
