Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to meet expectations and required performance work schedules considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
- Support customers in the resolution of field supportability issues with timely hardware disposition in support of shop turnaround time, cost and minimize workscope.
- Ensure all statutory and company regulations and standards relating to technical data requirements are compliant with airworthiness standards and ensure repairs and limits are safe, durable, properly substantiated meeting quality requirements of the component; perform or oversee analysis and carried out to approved standards.
- Lead a small team to carry out repair design and structural analysis as needed for technical data needs.
