Product Oversight & Engineering Development
- Monitor performance of diesel generators, BESS, and power distribution systems
- Conduct technical reviews, testing, validation, and feasibility studies
- Recommend improvements for reliability, efficiency, and safety
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor engineers and technicians
- Ensure compliance with Singapore safety and regulatory standards
