About The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead multiple client projects (2‑4), taking primary responsibility for complex engagements that involve multiple senior stakeholders and large teams (4‑5 resources or more). You will ensure the highest quality of work and deliverables across the projects you oversee. Clients will view you as a trusted business advisor, particularly in senior management discussions. Additionally, you will take ownership of select accounts, carrying revenue quota responsibility. A key aspect of your role will be mentoring and coaching junior consultants, fostering their growth and development.
