WSP in the Middle East is hiring experienced facade engineers at Principal and Associate levels to lead and manage facade design projects for iconic regional projects. The role focuses on innovative, sustainable solutions and the management of cross‑functional teams.

• Lead and manage facade projects ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, innovative façade solutions.
• Plan and lead all phases of façade design from conceptualization through detailed design to construction.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate façade systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations specific to the Middle East.
