Join our growing Hawke’s Bay team and play a leading role in shaping the region’s infrastructure future. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership and design management across a diverse portfolio of land development, Three Waters and civil infrastructure projects. Working alongside clients, project teams and stakeholders, you’ll drive high-quality outcomes, mentor emerging engineers, and help grow WSP’s presence in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure and Three Waters projects, including pipelines, pump stations, stormwater and land development projects.
• Provide technical leadership, engineering expertise and design management, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and technical excellence.
