About the Role
- Individualised Provision – Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and EHCP targets, ensuring learning is tailored to each pupil’s needs.
- Curriculum Delivery – Plan and teach differentiated lessons across the National Curriculum, adapting content through visual supports, sensory strategies and assistive technology to maximise accessibility and engagement.
