Primary Responsible Officer / Representative

OurCrowd is seeking a Primary Responsible Officer / Representative to lead investor relations and business growth across Singapore and the broader region, while serving as the firm's designated regulatory representative in Singapore. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with Singapore-based and regional investors, including investor meetings, due diligence support, onboarding, ongoing communications, and follow-up in partnership with relevant OurCrowd teams. In parallel, the role is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, governance, and local licensing requirements to ensure OurCrowd's Singapore operations remain compliant and well-positioned for growth.
