About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with one late night and one Saturday shift; evening and weekend call required
• Hours: Standard business hours with extended evening coverage
• Setting: Outpatient clinic

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
