Using a motivational interviewing approach, they tailor nutrition interventions to each individual's lifestyle in a supportive, judgment - free environment. Our Primary Care RDNs are easily accessible for warm handoffs, proactively identify patients through reports and registries, and provide same - day, no - cost access for all patients established at our clinics.
