Primary Care NP/PA - Phoenix, AZ

A growing Community Health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an NP or PA to provide primary patient care (Family Planning/Family Practice) to include prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and follow-up services to patients of all ages in the community. The schedule is M-F 8a-7pm (May work (4) 10-hour days). Some weekly call rotated with other providers. You will see 21+ patients per day in an 8-hour day (25+ for a 10-hour day).
