Essential
Experience building commercial insurance pricing models, ideally across multiple lines of business.Deep expertise in GLMs, including variable selection, interactions, diagnostics, and interpretation.Proven experience applying data science / machine‑learning techniques (e.g. tree‑based models, regularisation, ensemble methods) in a pricing or risk context. Programming skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and experience working with large, complex datasets.Ability to translate analytical output into clear commercial insight and recommendations. Desirable
