You'll play an important role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative maintenance on buildings and facilities. Perform painting, touch-ups, and ceiling repairs as required. Complete basic wood repairs and maintenance. Report damages and maintenance issues promptly. Assist with planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks. Complete maintenance job cards and provide feedback to the Estate Manager. Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
