Job Overview


The Presales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with a customer’s business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training and enablement.


The position will be based at our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing presales technical support of the sales process across the Products and Solutions.

  • Cooperating with the sales teams in assessing potential application of the products to meet customer’s business needs.

  • Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations or other suitable facilities on the products value proposition.

  • Building complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
