St. Paul’s Assisted Living in South Bend is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Prep Cook** to join our culinary services team. The Prep Cook supports the kitchen by preparing ingredients and assisting with basic food preparation to ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced, and attractively presented meals in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring food items according to recipes and menu requirements
+ Assist cooks and chefs in preparing and plating meals for residents
+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
+ Properly label and store food items to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination
