Prep Cook at The Greek Theatre. Responsible for working in the kitchen and/or in concessions preparing food items for the facility.
Please note that Greek Theatre Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and a condition of employment is union membership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare food for service.
+ Properly label and date prepared, cooked or raw food items for storage. Every time.
