Premium Suites Supervisor

**Job Description**

The Supervisor of Premium Suites leads the front-of-house team at Capital One Arena in the delivery of an elevated, curated hospitality experience across all luxury suites. Working directly with the Suites Manager and Director of Suites, this role carries full floor accountability on event day ? from pre-shift briefing through suite closeout. The Supervisor of Premium Suites is expected to model the Elevated Excellence service standard in every interaction, hold the team to that standard, and ensure that every guest receives premium experience without exception. This is a leadership role that requires hospitality expertise, operational command, and a genuine commitment to developing the people they lead.

**Compensation Data**
