PREMATURITY PREVENTION INTERVIEWER and FIMR ABSTRACTOR (Part-Time)

Summary

Participates in prematurity prevention education through the usage of 17P.

Abstracts medical and legal records regarding infant mortality.

Compiles data and presents cases at FIMR meetings.

Regular Part-Time employees have no guarantee of continued employment. Individuals employed in these County authorized positions have a regularly assigned work schedule between sixteen (16) and twenty-eight (28) hours per workweek. Regular Part-Time employees are not eligible for benefits.

1. Educates individuals and families regarding 17P and prematurity prevention.
2. Conducts initial assessments and provides follow up to 17P eligible participants.
3. Abstracts information from the medical records for the FIMR program.
