Preconstruction Manager

Shimmick is seeking a highly talented **Preconstruction Manager** to support current and future water/wastewater project pursuits. In this role, you will manage heavy civil project pursuits by working closely with proposal, estimating, business development, and project sponsor-level staff to ensure alignment of strategy, technical approach, pricing, and client objectives.
