Precision EDM Machinist
- Engineering to join their engineering team. They are located in the (North) - easily accessible. Responsibilities for Precision EDM Machinist: Set up, program, and operate Sodick and AgieCharmilles EDM machines to produce precision mold components and tooling. Perform EDM machining of mold chases, pockets, and shut-off features, ensuring accuracy and proper fit with mating components. Prepare, validate, and manage graphite and copper electrodes, utilizing System 3R or Erowa tooling for repeatable setups. Optimize machining parameters and burn sequences to achieve required surface finishes, dimensional accuracy, and efficient production.
