Precision Coating Operator – Onsite, Growth & Quality Focus

Role

As a Production Operator (Coater), you’ll be responsible for operating thermal spray and coating equipment to apply precision coatings to engineered components. You’ll work with robotic and semi-automated systems, programming equipment, setting and monitoring process parameters, and ensuring components are correctly loaded, unloaded, and prepared for processing. You’ll also support tooling preparation and masking to ensure components meet exact customer requirements.
You’ll take ownership of ensuring all parts are processed in line with strict quality standards and approved process documentation, inspecting components before and after coating to ensure previous operations have been completed correctly and that your own work consistently meets specification.
