Pre-Sales Engineer

Taurus is looking for a Pre Sales Engineer based in our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and the client’s technical teams (IT, system administration, database, engineering, devops).
• Work closely with customers and partners to provide creative solutions and deliver implementations.
• Define requirements, brainstorm solutions, develop roadmaps, improve systems architecture, and design features.
• Deliver a variety of technology services to customers across the product offering lifecycle.
• Lead the planning, installation, and integration of Taurus solutions in various IT environments.
• Deliver advanced technical professional services in customer environments.
• Maintain and support overall customer relationships to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction.
