Pre-Sales Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
• Respond to Queries truthfully
• Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
• Provide and offer products and services to customers
• Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
• Be updated to current policies
• Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems

Qualifications

• Education: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
• Experience: With 6 months internationalsales call center/ chat support experience
• Skills: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people Skills.
